Grounds Maintenance
Ninfield Parish Council is offering the opportunity to tender for the Ninfield grounds maintenance work in the village for 2025 – 2029 seasons, subject to a satisfactory review at the end of the first season.
The contract will commence on 1st February 2025 and will be for a period of 4 years with the possibility of
extending this for a further 2 years.
Tender documents are available, on request, from the Parish Clerk and on the Parish Council’s website www.ninfieldpc.co.uk
It is the contractors responsibility to satisfy themselves that the information presented in this document is an accurate description of the works required.
Completed tenders, together with all associated documents, must be received
in writing by 5.p.m on Friday 29th November 2024.
Tenders received after this time and date will not be considered.
The envelope (with NO COMPANY LOGO) must be sealed and clearly labelled with the words: “Confidential. Grounds Maintenance Contract Tender”.
